Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll carefully prepare your jewellery for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard shipping only, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days to all countries.

Shipping Costs:

For orders below $500 AUD: Shipping cost is $30 AUD.
For orders $500 AUD and above: Free Shipping.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can monitor your shipment in real-time using the carrier’s website or app.

Duty, Customs & Tax

For international orders, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Damage & Lost Items

MePlus Gem ensures your jewellery is packaged securely to minimise any risk of damage during transit. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. In such cases, customers are required to contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
